NoSaveNoPay.com is operated by NoSaveNoPay LLC, an independent software and cloud contract negotiation firm. Our registered address is Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States. We also operate from London, UK and Stockholm, Sweden. References to "we", "us" or "our" in this policy mean NoSaveNoPay LLC.

We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us. This includes:

Contact form submissions: Full name, work email address, job title, company name, phone number (optional), and the message you send.
White paper and content download requests: Full name, work email address, company name, and job role.
Communications: Any data you include in emails or messages sent to us directly.

We do not collect personal email addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) through our forms. We request work email addresses only.

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or analytics beyond what is described in Section 6 below.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide to:

Respond to your enquiry or request
Send you requested content (white papers, guides)
Assess whether and how we can help you with software contract negotiation
Follow up on an engagement conversation you have initiated

We use Google Fonts for typeface rendering. Google may set a cookie. See Google's privacy policy for details.

6. Cookies and Analytics

Our website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics by default. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and obtain appropriate consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain contact and enquiry data for up to 36 months from the date of submission, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If a business engagement begins, we retain relevant records in accordance with our client engagement terms and applicable law.
