Morten Andersen is co-founder of NoSaveNoPay and head of the cloud and Microsoft practice. He spent nearly a decade at Microsoft working on Enterprise Agreement structuring, Azure pricing, and large-account escalations in EMEA. On the buy side, he led multi-year cloud cost rationalisations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for global banks, healthcare groups, and manufacturers.

At NoSaveNoPay, Morten leads Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, and Broadcom/VMware engagements. His work focuses on structural deal design — the clause-level, architectural, and commercial moves that unlock 25–40% cost reductions without losing coverage. He writes about Microsoft EA renewal mechanics, Azure consumption commitments, and the mechanics of defensible Broadcom renewals after the VMware acquisition.
