Fredrik Filipsson is co-founder of NoSaveNoPay and one of the most cited independent voices in enterprise software licensing. He spent over a decade inside Oracle, working across licensing, pricing, and audit strategy for large accounts in EMEA. After leaving Oracle, he spent 10+ years on the buy side advising Fortune 500 procurement and IT teams on Oracle, SAP, IBM, and multi-vendor software contract negotiations.
He founded NoSaveNoPay to formalise a simple idea: enterprises should never pay for software-cost advice that doesn't produce savings.
